Senior Hospitality Institute - How the Certificate works.

How can a non-profit institute give you One Thousand Dollars when you choose a participating retirement community?

Good question. Here's how it works. Some retirement communities have decided to participate with us in a win-win program for everyone.

This program helps provide funds for our non-profit institute, it helps bring new residents to the communities, and it helps you save serious money.

Don't forget to follow these steps so you can receive $1000:

1 - Choose communities on the map.
2 - Click the "Send Me Brochures" button
(each community is 99 cents -- this payment helps fund our non-profit efforts).
3 - We notify the communities to send you the brochures, and mail you a numbered certificate.
4 - If you sign up with a community, call us. If it is a participating community, you get your one thousand dollar payment ($1000.00).

Even if it is not participating at the time you get the brochure, a community may join the program by the time you choose it, and you still get the payment.

Your best strategy is to not mention the certificate until after you finalize your decision to become a resident (participating communities have agreed to this approach). That way, after you make your best deal with the community, you still get an additional $1000 savings!

Remember, you have to call Senior Hospitality Institute to get the money. We will have a record of your request to get brochures from that community (don't forget to click on the button to "Send Me Brochures"), and a record of the numbered certificate that we sent you.

Bottom line: If you ordered a brochure for a community, and you have an original certificate, and the community is participating in the program at the time you sign papers to be a resident, you will receive a payment for $1000 when you return the certificate to us.
